If our web designers are busy with other customers they will return your call and address your issues within the hour. If your question is of an important nature (to be determined by you) the web designer will assist you immediately. You may call our support line 24 hours a day.

Q:What percent of your company's staff time is devoted to web site design and development?
A: 80% of our staff's total time is spent on design and development of Web sites. The balance is spent on customer service, marketing, graphic design and administration.

A: Our designers have many different sources of software that they use for the creation of web sites depending on the individual circumstances. We do most of the programming in HTML, PH,  ASP, C++. We like to create admin panels  that will make it easy for our clients to use after the design and development of their site, should they choose to maintain or add to their site themselves. Are they familiar with browser plugins, and different server extensions?

Q: Can you help me choose, secure and register a domain name?
A: This is a feature of our service that is free of charge. Your only charge will be from Network Solutions for the registering of your domain name. An exciting note...The Internet will shortly have available additional extensions for use (.com, .org, .net .cc .biz .tv, are examples of current ones) so if the domain name that you choose is not available using .com, it may be available with the use of one of the other extensions.

Q: Will your staff be readily available to help me with support after my web site is completed? Do you provide any Web Site maintenance after the completion of my site?
A: One of our strongest staff qualities is our "Post-Design Support." Our designers are available 24 hours a day for questions and assistance. Our company offers monthly maintenance for your web site or we offer training and tools to allow you to maintain it yourself. Two weeks of free Web site support and maintenance is included in every Web site that we build.

Q: Will I know of how much the total cost to build my website will be before you begin?
A: 310 Web Design Studio prepares you a bid and reviews it with you in detail before any work is started on your site. The bid is detailed in writing and signed by you before we begin. We guarantee that you will not incur any additional charges that are not in your initial bid unless you ask us to add pages or additional items.

Q: Why do I need to hire someone to design my Web site? With all the software available I should be able to do it myself.
A: This is a question that is usually not presented to us. Everyone that comes to 310 Web Design Studio is already aware that they can not, or simply don't want to, design and develop a Web site themselves, or they are seeking help to learn how to do it themselves. This is not to say that you can't do it yourself, just that our customers have already decided to have us do it. Most all Web Design software will enable you to design a site yourself. When you develop your own site you will need to take the time to learn at least some HTML, Java, PHP etc., or buy software programs to help you learn. You will have to learn the newest technologies available and obtain all the tools, software, hardware, skills and equipment necessary, then muster up some good ol' fashioned creativity, imagination and artistic ability. Some people just don't have the time or ability to take this on themselves. That is why we are here.
